That area where my thigh meets my vagina, I need stretches that’ll help work that area out. I feel like I can never quite get to it with the stretches I’m familiar with. Can any of my followers help me?
Get on your knees and slowly spread them outward with you knees slightly pointed out. Lean over to the floor and stretch your arms forward. Lean back into the ‘split’ as far as comfortable. That should help.
